Want to be Skinny? I went from a UK size 14 to a UK size 8 in a matter of months by juice dieting. The Skinny Blog is all about obtaining your dream body and keeping it. I will blog about diet news, celebrity weight loss, weight loss, body maintenance, toning and of course my own progress!

This blog is about being 'body beautiful', don't make assumptions based on the name. There are many posts on different diets, different dress sizes and favourable views on women of all healthy sizes. This blog is about MY desire to be a slim size and is in no way intended to disregard the fact that women can be attractive and happy at whatever size they choose for themselves.

All diets I carry out are embarked on after consulting a health professional, and I advise that anyone considering a diet featured here should do the same.
